Teale was nominated by Candice for Amplify the Peace. She shared that ‘Teale with WomanUp Fitness uses her business and platform to promote body positivity and healthy lifestyles for women in the Peace Country. Her approach to fitness and healthy eating is comedic and genuine.

Not only does her presence Amplify The Peace, her love for her community and need to help people…… makes a huge difference.’

WomanUp Fitness believes in giving back. For every Monthly Fitness Challenge, they pick a local non-profit organization to raise money for.

Since Dec 2020, Teale and her “WomanUp Army” have raised close to $10,000 for local charities.’

Alde Family Recipe for Haskap Coconut Crumble Squares

9×13 inch pan

Base:

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup margarine

2/3 cup confection sugar

Middle:

1 1/2 cup Haskap topping or jam

Top:

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup coconut

1/4 margarine

Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Bake the base for 15 min at 375. Spread topping and add Crumble to top and bake for another 15 min at 375.
