Enjoy dual aerial fireworks this Canada Day, July 1 at 11:30 p.m. from Muskoseepi Park and the CKC east football field, next to St. Joseph’s Catholic High School.
Residents are encouraged to watch fireworks that are closest to them and remain in their vehicles to respect the current COVID-19 physical distancing and gathering restrictions.

Dual Drive-In Aerial Fireworks | Deux d’Artifice Aériens

Location: Muskoseepi Park Reservoir and Community Knowledge Campus east football field
Details:
- To cap off the celebrations, the City is hosting their traditional fireworks with a dual aerial fireworks display
- The aerial fireworks travel higher to give a wider viewing area
- Attendees are asked to follow all temporary traffic control persons and signage at the sites.
- Spectators are encouraged to watch fireworks that are closest to them.

Quick Tips for a Happy Canada Day
Prepare for the Weather
- Wear appropriate clothing for the current and forecasted weather. This may include bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, umbrella and a change of clothing.
- Drink lots of water. Bring water and other hydrating, non-alcoholic beverages to the events.
- NOTE: Only un-opened water bottles or empty refillable bottles are permitted at Plaza Rock.
- Beverages are available for sale by food vendors but quantities are not guaranteed.

- Take breaks from the sun
- In the event of strong winds, secure your belongings and do not leave items unattended as they may become a safety risk for others.
What to Bring
- Debit and/or credit is preferred as payment.
- Please do not bring pets to the Canada Day celebrations.
- Facial coverings / mask requirements for all events are aligned with any current provincial regulations and subject to change.
- Sanitization stations are available at check in and throughout each location.
Parking
FREE Parking is available near all event locations; however the Muskoseepi Park main parking lot is closed.
